The Magic FX Sparxtar II is the newly redesigned and upgraded professional spark machine from Magic FX, delivering a powerful, consistent spark effect with an incredibly fast response time. A DMX-controlled spark machine, engineered with a compact, lightweight design for professional live events, the Sparxtar II is ideal for concerts, festivals, touring productions, television, theatres, corporate events and indoor or outdoor live productions.

Magic FX’s answer to the Sparkular, reimagined to be the premium machine on the market and the go-to piece of equipment when considering your next cold spark machine hire. Featuring a high-quality heater and variable spark height from 2 to 5 metres, the Sparxtar II gives operators complete control over the size and intensity of every effect. It’s incredibly fast response and cut-off allow the machine to fire and stop almost instantly, making it equally capable of producing long-duration spark fountains or extremely short 0.5–1 second spark bursts for punchy, jet-style effects. This versatility allows everything from subtle stage accents to dramatic Spark Jet-style hits to be programmed from the same machine.

The Sparxtar II features a generous 150 g powder hopper, providing up to 6 minutes of continuous full-output effect before reloading. Using Magic FX Sparxtar Powder, the machine provides reliable and consistent performance throughout demanding live productions. A new self-closing fill cap also makes reloading quick and straightforward, automatically closing once released.

Designed with touring and professional production in mind, the compact Sparxtar II can be precisely positioned to achieve the required effect angle. The machine can be tilted from -15° to 45° side-to-side and up to 15° forward, providing far greater creative flexibility than a conventional vertical spark machine. Its lightweight construction and integrated collapsible carry handles also make transportation, positioning and setup quick and easy.

Control is provided through DMX, with an integrated digital display providing instant access to DMX addressing and machine status.
